The sad part about conveniences are, although we view them as “good,” they actually work against us in many ways. They cause us to seek the easy way out when taking the more difficult way just might build something of worth in us. You will never face an obstacle God is not aware of. When your journey becomes difficult, remember that even though the world prefers “the easy road,” God did not build you for comfort. He designed and equipped you for adversity, whether you know it or not. He made you in such a way that the best comes out of you when you face hard situations and you experience joy and strength when you overcome them.
