Eagle

Courage, Spirit, and Bravery

Eagles have long been associated with the highest pursuits. In 1969 a voice rang out to the world, "The eagle has landed." What better symbology for a landing on the moon than the "eagle". From the time that the Persians and Romans carried eagles into battle, these majestic birds have symbolized courage, strength and bravery. As aerial hunters, eagles are the undisputed masters of the skies. Many tribes have identified the eagle as the one closest to the Creator.

Spirit of the wolf

The spirit of the Wolf resides in my heart
Mostly peacefully, yet ever wild
Running in time to the blowing wind
Dancing in the clouds that drift in the Heavens.

The spirit of the Wolf resides in my soul
Longing to hear the song of the Great One
Striving to be that which I am in my natural state
Succeeding only because of the Love that the Universe grants me.

God's Plan

You're in the shape you're in today because of the choices you've made. Your marriage is in the shape it is in today because of the choices you've made. Your relationship with your wife and with your children is in the shape it's in because of the choices you've made. You're in financial bondage today because of the choices you've made. God's Word would set you free if you would read it, but you're in bondage and you're trapped and you're under all the dirt and the stuff and you feel like you're a slave to your debt and to a relationship because you've not listened to the Word of God. And until you listen to the Word of God, you will make the wrong choices, go down the wrong road, lose your family, lose your home, lose your security, lose your investments, because God has a way to live life. And you and I cannot live life on our terms and ask God to bless that. And the reason that many people that I'm talking to today are in bondage and in frustration and in defeat, is because you don't really want to know what God says. And you don't want to live it God's way.

Honesty

The word honesty means truthfulness, sincerity, or frankness. Another definition is freedom from deceit or fraud. A third definition of honesty is integrity.


Trust is bred by honesty. Those who have a reputation for lying or exaggerating many times can't get someone to believe them on their word alone. A Christian should never be like that. If you are always honest, others will believe you when you simply say yes or no.


Many times people get entangled in their lies. They forget exactly what they have said and in what order it was said. There is a phrase: "Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive." How true that statement is!

Faith

The definition of the word faith is a belief without evidence. Faith is a confidence or trust in something that may not be seen. Faith is the result of teaching.

Strength

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song I will praise Him.
Psalm 28:7(NKJV)

The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer's feet, and He will make me walk on my high hills.
Habakkuk 3:19(NKJV)

Fly like an Eagle

They clipped my wings to keep me in the chicken yard. They told me: "Now just settle down and be like all the other chickens. Here you have this nice chicken yard and these nice little worms and grubs. Why should you ever want any more than that?" I needed to get out of that place. I was not like those chickens. I have courage, determination and a strong desire to be free. I AM AN EAGLE!
